Service boundary
Article 50 Hub provides technical implementation and evidence-management tools. It does not provide legal advice, compliance certification or a guarantee of regulatory compliance.
Customer responsibility
You are responsible for the accuracy of submitted facts, rights to uploaded material, user access, review of AI-generated drafts, final legal conclusions and deployment decisions. Accepting or editing an individual AI item authorises only the task-specific governed write shown by the product; it never certifies compliance or approves publication.
Acceptable use
Do not upload malicious files, unlawful content, credentials or material you are not authorised to process.
Availability
The target availability for paid production service is 99.5%, excluding planned maintenance and events outside reasonable control.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided without a guarantee of a particular legal outcome. Aggregate contractual liability is limited to fees paid for the service during the preceding twelve months, except where applicable law does not permit that limitation.
Subscription and termination
Paid plans renew until cancelled. Customers may export their data before termination. Loss of paid status makes paid workflows read-only but does not remove historical records or prevent required privacy exports and deletion.
