Run a production smoke test of AI identity

Verify the released interaction surface using a bounded, non-sensitive test and record the deployed version. Includes a free implementation worksheet.

Short answer

Verify the released interaction surface using a bounded, non-sensitive test and record the deployed version. Separate this technical check from real customer activation metrics.

When to use this guide

A deployment is marked successful, but the public widget still loads an older identity component from a different asset host.

This is a fictional implementation scenario. The procedure below is Article 50 Hub's suggested working method, not a prescribed legal form, a customer result or a claim that every step is an additional statutory requirement.

Review procedure

  1. Confirm the release identifier and representative public entry route.

  2. Open a fresh session and inspect notice wording before interaction.

  3. Use a harmless synthetic message only if needed to verify the relevant transition.

  4. Record the result and exclude the test from business usage analysis where supported.

What the example review finds

  • The public asset version differs from the release record.

  • The technical smoke test is counted as a customer activation.

Keep these example observations separate from your own results. An unknown or untested state should stay open until the relevant evidence has been inspected.

Fields for your working record

  • Release

  • Entry route

  • Observed notice

  • Test marker

  • Verification result

Use the downloadable blank worksheet linked on this page to connect the observed behavior with the deployed system. Add a reviewer, date, evidence reference, unresolved questions and a next action. The worksheet is editable locally and does not upload your records to Article 50 Hub.

Completion and handoff

Close the task only for the scope actually reviewed. Preserve the result that another authorized reviewer can reproduce, identify the owner of remaining work, and record a retest when the implementation changes. A completed worksheet is not a substitute for the underlying evidence.

Decision boundary

A smoke test checks a small production path and does not establish complete compliance or real customer use.
